Binance scheduled a phased restart of selected crypto withdrawals for Sunday’s 1-4 a.m. EST window, with access to return as networks complete security checks after the exchange’s $6.3 billion incident. The first phase covers 15 networks and assets including Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), XRP, Solana (SOL), BNB and Dogecoin (DOGE). Binance set the window for 1-4 a.m. EST (06:00–09:00 UTC), with each asset and network pair to reopen gradually after security and stability checks. Binance said it had covered about 95% of the impacted amount, up from 90% in its previous update.
