Picture: TokenPost

A hard fork of the Core network has recovered 68,146,177.22 Core (CORE) tokens from three addresses b14g identified as attacker-controlled after an exploit, though affected users have not yet received the funds. About 97.05 million CORE were involved in the incident, making the recovered amount roughly 70% of the total. The tokens were moved to a designated recovery address through a one-time adjustment to the network’s state. The recovered tokens have not yet been distributed to affected users. The hard fork did not roll back transactions, create new tokens or change CORE’s total supply.
