XRP Ledger Sees 25,000 Returning Users: Where Are They Coming From?

The XRP Ledger is showing a sharp rise in activity . Data from XRPScan indicates 25.7K active accounts on October 21, up approximately 12% in a single day. The 30-day average is 18.6K, so this is a clear jump above normal levels. Only 4.5K new accounts were created, a 35.6% increase. That means most of the 25,000 active accounts already existed. Many are probably older wallets that have become active again. The jump looks more like returning users than a flood of newcomers.
