Solana Validator Admission Ticket: Who Fell Short After Alpenglow, and How Marinade Responded

StakeThat +MEV went into one of Solana's first Alpenglow epochs with about 137,000 SOL staked with it and 0.8169 SOL in its vote account. The new admission ticket required 0.8198 SOL. It was 0.003 SOL short. That's the first post-activation picture of Solana's Validator Admission Ticket. Most stake made it through without trouble, but a small group of validators keeps dropping in and out, often by amounts smaller than a typical transaction fee. At least one large stake program changed its delegation code hours before activation so its stake wouldn't stay with those validators.
