On-Chain Tally Values Movable Binance Theft-Linked Crypto at $3.1 Billion

An on-chain tally puts wallets linked to the suspected Binance hot-wallet theft at about $3.1 billion in movable crypto, including about 492,000 Ether (ETH), well above the directly stolen total of about 197,460 ETH.
