Oct. 28 OKXICE Notice Lists 38 Companies Objecting to Tokenized Stocks

A document dated Oct. 28 and titled “Public Notice” for the planned OKXICE TSV venue lists 38 companies objecting to tokenized versions of their shares, five more than the prior day’s notice. The five names newly appearing on the list are Walmart Inc., Eli Lilly and Company, Carnival Corporation, Arcos Dorados Holdings Inc. and The Cigna Group. Of the 62 companies named on the Oct. 4 opening roster, 33 appear on the objection list. The opening roster included 63 ticker symbols because Alphabet appeared twice.
