Mirae Asset Securities Teams Up With Grvt to Issue Tokenized Funding Notes

Mirae Asset Securities (HK) Limited , the Hong Kong subsidiary of Korea’s leading securities firm, has arranged an issuance of tokenized funding notes under its affiliate’s structured notes program — to which Grvt has subscribed. Grvt intends to use the resulting exposure in connection with Grvt Earn, subject to applicable requirements. Grvt Earn is offered and operated independently by Grvt and is available only to eligible users in permitted jurisdictions. Any use of the resulting exposure in connection with Grvt Earn is independently determined and managed by Grvt.
