Mirae Asset Securities (HK) Limited completed a private placement of six-month U.S. dollar floating-rate notes recorded on Solana, adding a blockchain distribution channel for the firm’s structured-note business. The notes were issued under a $3 billion Guaranteed Structured Note Programme. That figure describes the program’s total size, not the amount sold in this placement, which was not disclosed. Mirae Asset Securities Financial Products Limited was the issuer, while Mirae Asset Securities provided a guarantee under related agreements. Mirae used its proprietary digital infrastructure to issue tokens, make payments and manage the notes over their lifecycle.
