KuCoin ends services for users in Russia and Belarus

The exchange becomes the third major platform this month to pull back from the region, following Bitget and MEXC KuCoin is shutting the door on users in Russia and Belarus. The exchange announced on October 29, 2026, that it is ending all products and services for customers located in both countries, effective immediately. Affected users will get instructions on closing their positions and pulling their assets off the platform. The decision covers the full range of KuCoin’s offerings for users in the two countries. This isn’t a partial restriction on certain products or a freeze on new signups.
