ExactlyProtocol Launches Credit Market With Card and BNPL Options on Optimism

Optimism announced that ExactlyProtocol has launched a decentralized credit market on Optimism Mainnet, bringing crypto credit card and buy now, pay later (BNPL) options to the Ethereum scaling network. Optimism is a layer-2 network designed to make Ethereum transactions more efficient. Estimates put onchain credit at about $60 billion, while annual credit origination outside blockchains is roughly $200 trillion. The launch adds another structure to onchain lending.
