The CoinDCX wallet Hack has caused a loss of approximately $15.99 million in USDT after the crypto exchange discovered unusual activity in its systems concerning its older wallets on October 21. The company said the wallets in question were deactivated after a security breach in July 2025. Temporary problems in their automatic balance consolidation feature led to an inability to transfer funds to newer wallets in due course.
