BNB Chain said Friday that a theft involving Binance has not affected BNB Smart Chain, opBNB, Greenfield or its cross-chain bridges, addressing whether the incident reached the chain’s infrastructure. The status update named BNB Smart Chain (BSC), opBNB, BNB Greenfield and BNB Chain’s cross-chain bridges. BNB Chain said all four were operating normally and that funds on BNB Chain were safe. The statement gave separate assurances about service availability and funds on the chain. It said the named services were unaffected by the theft and that BNB Chain funds remained safe.
