Bitmine Stakes 159,728 Ether, Bringing Total to 5.23 Million ETH

Bitmine Immersion Technologies, Inc. staked an additional 159,728 Ether (ETH), raising the share of its reported holdings committed to Ethereum validation to 86.5% as the company expands its staking position. The new stake was valued at about $390.6 million. Bitmine’s staked balance now totals about 5.23 million ETH, valued at roughly $12.78 billion. Those dollar figures reflect the valuation used for the latest on-chain tally; the value of the coins changes with ETH’s price. The latest stake brought Bitmine’s reported staked holdings to about 5.23 million ETH. Its staked share was about 84% in the earlier snapshot.
