Aviva Investors Launches Tokenised GBP Fund on XRP Ledger

Aviva Investors has launched a tokenised share class of its Sterling (GBP) Liquidity Fund on the XRP Ledger (XRPL), with support from Ripple. The fund manages approximately £22 billion in assets, making it the firm’s largest fund. The launch follows its USD Liquidity Fund tokenisation in July 2026. Aviva has invested £50 million ($66 million) in the new share class, taking total investments across its two tokenised funds above £86 million. The fund offers eligible investors digital access while maintaining the conventional fund’s investment objectives, risk profile, daily liquidity and regulatory protections.
