Anthropic files for Nasdaq listing: is the ANTH perp a stock substitute?

Anthropic filed the prospectus for its stock market listing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday. Long before the first share changes hands, a bet on it is already running on the trading venue Hyperliquid. Buyers there do not get a share, though. They get an open-ended futures contract on an estimated valuation. What the prospectus says: Class A, Nasdaq Global Select Market, ticker ANT Anthropic PBC has been on the SEC register with an S-1 filing since October 26, 2026.
